摘 要:目的:观察使用自动角膜板层刀行兔板层角膜移植后兔角膜的显微结构变化。方法:14只新西兰白兔,2只为正常对照组,其余12只随机分为2组,一组4只为供眼兔,处死后取出8只眼球,另8只为实验组,用自动板层角膜刀制作植床植片,行板层角膜移植。术后1、2、4、8周裂隙灯检查,并取角膜组织行光镜、透射电镜检测观察角膜显微结构变化。结果:光镜、透射电镜下,术后1周吻合口处角膜细胞向成纤维细胞转化,2周出现多数成纤维细胞,4周胶原纤维排列趋向规则,8周胶原纤维排列趋向正常。结论:自动板层角膜刀可以应用于板层角膜移植。Objective: To observe the microstructural change of automated cornea l shaper in rabbits lamellar keratoplasty. Methods: Fourteen adult New Zealand w hiterabbits, 2 were used as the control group, 12 were randomized into 2 groups. Four rabbits in one group used as donors, were killed and 8 eyeballs were coll ected; other 8 as experimental group were transplant recipients. Do lamellar ker atoplasty using automated corneal shaper. At 1,2,4,8 weeks after surgery, cornea l were examined periodically by slit-lamp microscopy and were studies with light and transmission electron microscopy. Results: Under the microscopy and transmi ssion electron microscopy, 1 week after operation, the keratocytes adjacent to w ound margin developed into fibroblast like cells; 2 weeks postoperatively the wo und margin were characterized by a great deal of fibroblast, enlarged size, exte nsive cytoplasm and microfilament; 4 weeks postoperatively, the collagenons fibe rs of the wound margin tended to lie regularly. At the end of 8 weeks postoperat ively, the collagenous fibers of wound margin tended to be normal arranged. Conc lusion: The automated corneal shaper can be used for allogenic lamellar keratopl asty.
