摘 要:采用液相法在800℃空气中烧结20h合成出层状LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2正极材料。通过XRD、IR、SEM、XPS和电化学性能测试考察了产物的组成、结构、形貌及电化学性能。结果表明,所合成的LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2为六方单相,层状结构发育完善;产物呈球形且粒度小,分布窄,平均粒径为0.3μm。以1mA·cm-2的电流密度,在2.7 ̄4.3V区间进行充放电测试,前4周的充放电比容量分别为168/160mAh·g-1、169/162mAh·g-1、165/160mAh·g-1、163/158mAh·g-1,循环性能优良。循环伏安实验表明,该材料在3.9V附近出现了一对对称性好的氧化还原峰。The layered LiCo1/3N1/3Mn1/3O2 cathode material for lithium ion batteries was synthesized by liquid route. XRD, IR, SEM, XPS and electrochemical tests were used to characterize the composition, structure, appearance and electrochemical performances of the target material. The XRD indicated that the layered pure phase Li Co1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2 was obtained under 800 degrees C for 20 h in air. The SEM showed that the synthesized material had a good micro-morphology, uniform spherical particle size (d approximate to 0.3 mu m) and a very narrow grain size distribution. Electrochemical performance results indicated that the LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2 cycled between 2.7 similar to 4.3 V had charge/discharge capacity of 168/160 mAh center dot g(-1), 169/162 mAh center dot g(-1), 165/160 mAh center dot g(-1), 163/158 mAh center dot g(-1) in the previous four cycles, respectively, and had good cycle properties.
