摘　　要：文章阐述了图书馆文化的内涵,论述了网络环境下建设图书馆文化的必要性,并提出了建设图书馆文化的具体措施。The connotation of library culture construction was expounded in the paper, and the necessities and some suggestions were also presented for the library culture construction under the network environment.
