摘　　要：分析了引进版西文图书的编目和管理现状,提出规范编目和科学管理的实施建议。This article gives a vivid picture of the status que of the cataloguing and management of foreign books introduced from the western countries in China. The author also gives some available advice to the standardization of cataloguing and the implementation of scientific management.
