加味真武汤治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效与护理

摘　　要：目的探讨充血性心力衰竭中西医结合治疗的疗效及护理。方法将186例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组93例采取中西医结合(中医采用加味真武汤)治疗并实施辨证护理,对照组93例采取西药治疗及心血管病常规护理。以1周为1个疗程,共观察4～5个疗程,比较分析疗效。结果观察组患者心功能改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异显著。结论采用中西医结合治疗并实施辨证护理是充血性心力衰竭临床治疗的理想选择。Objective To discuss the appropriate clinical treatment and nursing intervention for patients with congestive heart failure.Methods 186 patients with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into two groups.93 patients in the treatment group were treated with combination of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and western medicine and dialectical nursing.The other 93 patients in the control group were treated with western medicine and routine cardiovascular nursing.The therapeutic course for both groups was one week.Four to five courses were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of the cardiac function of the treatment group was much better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting combination of TCM and western medicine coupled with dialectical nursing is a good choice to treat patients with congestive heart failure.
