摘  要:目的应用CT测量不同年龄正常人下腰椎管横、矢径和关节间径并总结其变化规律。方法 应用CT对L4,L5,S13个节段进行横断面扫描,分别测量横、矢径和关节间径,并探讨它们与年龄增长因素之间的关系。结果同一个体横径表现为S1>L5>L4,矢径表现为L4>L5>S1;各年龄组椎管矢径无明显差异;L4-S1节段15岁以上各组椎管横径大于以下两组(P<0.05);各年龄组关节间径无明显差异。结论随年龄增长,椎管主要在横径方面增大。矢径和关节间径基本不变。椎管形态也由圆形转变为三角形和三叶形。这一改变与下腰椎所受生物力学有关。Objective To measure the transverse diameter (TD), sagittal diameter (SD) and inter facet sdiameter(IFD) in lower lumbar spine of normal people at different ages with Computed To-mography(CT) and sum up their changing regularity.Methods L4,L5,S1 segments were scanned with Computed Tomography, their TD,SD,PD were measured and the relation with age growing was discussed. Result TD of the same person showed S1 >L5>L4, and so did L4>L5>S1 ;SD of all groups was not obvious different in L4-S1 segments, TD of every groups above 15 years old was larger than that of two groups below(P<0.05); IPD among all groups showed no obvious difference. Conclusion SD of spine canal become larger mainly along with age growing, SD and IFD don' t change basically the shape of spine canal changes from roundness to triangel and trefoi.This transformation relates to the biomechanics of lower lumbar spine.
