摘 要:利用HilbertHuang变换(HHT)的固有模态分解特性,提出了一种涡街信号频率估计的新方法.采用压电传感器进行涡街信号的检测,通过分析信号经过固有模态分解后的时频特性,获得了不同模态所代表的噪声信号成分和实际涡街信号成分.模态中的一部分表示了信号中的噪声,而剩下的部分模态真实反映了信号的频率成分.在仿真的基础上,获得了去除噪声的部分模态瞬时频率与涡街频率的关系.研究结果表明,基于HHT的涡街频率估计方法,可以精确估计涡街信号频率并提高涡街流量计的抗干扰能力.该方法计算量小,能够满足涡街流量计在实际工程应用中的要求.A new method was put forward to estimate the vortex signal frequency by adopting intrinsic mode decomposition characteristics of Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT). The vortex signal was measured by piezoelectric sensor, then different modes of noise signal component and actual vortex signal component were obtained through analyzing the time-frequency characteristics of the signal after intrinsic mode decomposition. Noise in signal was expressed by the partial mode, and signal frequency component was reflected by other modes. Experimental simulation yielded the relation of the partial mode's instantaneous frequency and vortex frequency without noise. Research results show that vortex frequency estimation method based on HHT can estimate vortex signal frequency accurately, and increase the anti-interference ability of the vortex flow meter. This method requires few calculations, and can be satisfactorily applied to vortex flow meter in practical engineering.
