摘　　要：介绍了代码式预付费水表缴费发行管理系统的设计,系统由用户注册、代码发行、用户查询和系统维护等模块组成,实现了生成代码、信息查询和打印报表等功能。并详细描述了在FoxPro中通过动态数据链接库DLL调用VisualC++例程生成交换码;通过硬件加密狗和登录权限设计,有效提高系统的安全性等关键技术。The design of a coded prepayment water meter management system is introduced. This system consists of user registeration, code issue, user search and system maintenance components. The functions of code generation, information search and printing are realized. The essential technology of this system, which includes transferring the Visual C++ code into exchanged codes through dynamic database DLL in the FOXPRO is described. The system security is improved by encrypting the hardware and limiting the users' permission.
