摘  要:目的探讨空气中氧化镉粉尘对作业工人尿镉、尿β2-微球蛋白水平的影响。方法对某电池厂氧化镉作业工人493人及对照组283人进行尿镉、尿β2-微球蛋白测定分析,结果氧化镉接触组尿镉含量高于对照组(P<0·01),且随着接触工龄的延长而逐渐升高。接触组尿β2-微球蛋白含量略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义,当工龄≥3年时差异才有统计学意义(P<0·05)。结论氧化镉的暴露与尿镉呈正相关关系,尿β2-微球蛋白是肾损害的早期指标。Objective In order to explore the effect of urinary cadmium、urinary β_2- MG level. Methods The content urinary of cadmium、 urinary β_2- MG on 493 cadmium oxide exposed workers in one battery plant and 283 normal controls were detected.Results The content of urinary cadmium in the workers exposed to cadmium oxide were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01), and tented to increase as the work standing year increased. The content of urinary β_2- MG in exposed group were higher than those in control group, but no significant difference, while in the workers with work-age of noise exposure equal to and above three years , the content of urinary β_2- MG in the workers exposed to cadmium oxide were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusions The urinary cadmium correlate positively with exposed to cadmium oxide, the urinary β_2- MG was an earlier guideline of kidney impair.
