摘  要:设计了用于具有固相颗粒的高温碱介质条件下的双相铸造不锈钢的组织及其化学成分。通过均匀腐蚀、电化学腐蚀、晶间腐蚀及磨蚀等试验研究了钢的耐蚀性能。现场试运转结果表明,该材质有较好的耐蚀性能,由它制作的泵件寿命比常用的316L提高了一倍以上。此外,该材质还具有良好的铸造性能。The structure and chemical composition of cast stainless steel with duplex phases,suitable for high--temperature alkaine media conditions were investigated, the corrosionresistance properties of the cast steel was analysed by using well--distributed corrosion,electrochemical corrosion, intergranular corrosion and grind corrosion. The results of spot application indicated that the cast stainless steel with duplex phases has better corrosion--resistance properties under conditions of high--temperature alkaine media, the service life of pump parts made of it has been increased by one time more than that of 316L common steel, and it also has good casting properties.
