摘　　要：通过卷烟厂烟叶真空回潮处理工艺的分析,介绍了应用PLC和PC组成的分级控制系统实现的烟叶真空回潮过程的数据采集处理、各环节状况检测控制、处理过程监控管理等自动化、网络化系统.<Abstrcat> This paper analyze the trait of the tobacco-leaf vacuum-damping in cigarette factory.It introduced the tobacco leaves vacuum ratings control system which employed PLC and PCs.This system carried out the automatization and networks administration of data collect processing,steps status examine control and process inspect management etc.through the course of tobacco-leaves vacuum returns to the tide.
