摘　　要：高雪氏病是一种少见的葡萄糖苷脂代谢性疾病。本文报告 2例，并复习了 1980年以来国内外文献收集的 45例高雪氏病，结合我院病例对其临床表现及病理表现，诊断及鉴别诊断，治疗和预防进行讨论。Gaucher's is a rare disease. Two case of Gaucher's is reported.We review Chinese literature among 1980～ 1998 years and collected 45 cases of Gaucher's disease.Based on literature review,the clinical and pathological features,diagnosis and differential diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of this disease are discussed.
