摘  要:对牙轮机ZG35Mn履带板的代用材料ZG31CrMnSiMoRE铸钢进行了试验研究。在分析履带板失效形式的基础上,研究了该材料的成分、力学性能、热处理工艺及耐磨性等。用扫描电镜观察了磨损表面形貌并进行分析。装机使用表明,其寿命比原用材料提高60%。The laboratory investigations have been carried out on replacing cast steel of the 35Mn type by ZG31CrMnSiMoRE for caterpillar board of bevel-gear borer.Based on failure analysis on the caterpillar board, the chemical composition,mechanical properties,heat treatment and wear resistance were discussed.The morphology of wearing surface of testpiece was observed and also analysed.The installed experiment of caterpillar board showed that the service life of the new material increases by 60% as compared with that of original material.
