摘  要:从温度与彩色辉度间的转换、三维网格单元体的表面温度值与彩色值间转换、铸件三维温度场的彩色图象模拟方面,说明铸件三维温度场彩色图象模拟原理及方法。并以汽车后桥壳和柴油机曲轴为例,用256色图形显示技术模拟了铸件任意角度和截面的三维温度场。其模拟结果可用于预测铸件内部产生缩孔、缩松的危险区域。Based on conversion between the temperature and colour brilliance, conversion between the surface temperature of 3-D cell and colour value and colour image simulation of 3-D temperature field, the theory and method on colour image simulation of 3-D temperature field of castings were illustrated in this paper. Examples are given of rear bridge shell of automobiles and crankshaft of diesel engine, 3-D temperature field of castings mentioned from different angles and sections was simulated using 256-colour graphics display technique, this modelling results are applied to predict the dangerous zones of shrinkage and porosity in castings.
