摘　　要：对ＥＱ１１４ｌ汽车后制动底板球铁铸件利用提高浇注系统的有效压头，采用热冒口和减小冒口的散热面积来提高冒口的补缩效果，从而解决了铸件内部缩松缺陷。After techical analysing .inthe trial production. the authors took messures of raising the ferroustatic hea, hot risers combned with propor design of gating and reducing the heat dispersing area of riser to improve the feeding effect of risers. The Problem of shrinkage defect in the bracked shoe of rear brake,a ductile iron casting of EQ1141 trtlck,has beensolved.
