复方氨基酸对低体重儿血清和脑脊液中Glu、Asp水平的影响

摘  要:目的 研究复方氨基酸对低出生体重儿中枢神经系统的可能影响。方法 采用丹酰氯 -聚酰胺薄层层析法测定 2 0例全能营养液 (TNA)治疗低体重儿和 2 0例非TNA治疗 (对照组 )低体重儿血清和脑脊液中谷氨酸(Glu)、天冬氨酸 (Asp)水平。 结果 治疗后TNA组血清中Glu、Asp皆显著提高 (P <0 .0 1) ,而脑脊液中Glu、Asp无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;对照组中两者均无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;TNA组脑脊液中Glu、Asp之间呈正相关 (r =0 .79,P <0 .0 0 1) ;血清中Glu、Asp分别与脑脊液中Glu、Asp均无相关性 (分别是r =0 .32 8,P >0 .0 5 ;r =0 .334,P>0 .0 5 )。结论 静脉使用复方氨基酸于低体重儿对其脑脊液中Glu。To explore possible affact of composite amino acids on central nerve system of low birth weight (LBW) infants.Concentrations of glutamate (Glu) and aspartate (Asp) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and serum in LBW infants ( n =20) treated with Total Nutrient Admixture (TNA),control group ( n =20) in which only glucose was given and electrolytes were determined by dimethylamino-naphthalene-S-sulfonyl chloride with thin layer chromatography (TLC) and fluoromtry.The results showed that:(1) in TNA group the Glu and Asp in serum increased significantly after treatment,but Glu and Asp in CSF before treatment showed no significant difference as compared with that after treatment.(2) in control group Glu and Asp in serum and CSF before treatment showed no significant difference as compared with that after treatment.(3) in TNA group Glu was positively correlated with Asp in CSF,but these was no correlation between Glu and Asp in CSF in serum,respectively.Those results suggeste that composite amino acids have no affact on the levels of Glu and Asp in CSF in LBW infants.
