摘  要:对57名混凝土浇捣工和48名对照者的有关血液流变学指标进行观察,结果表明:接振工人的血液粘度和血细胞压积较对照者为高,红细胞电泳时间延长,这种变化尤以振动性白指患者为甚。提示长期接触局部振动所引起的外周循环障碍,除了末梢血管本身的功能性和病理性改变外,与其血液粘滞性增高也有一定关系。Hemorheological changes were assessed in 57 workers exposed to concret shaker, among which there were 19 workers with vibration-induced white finger (VWF) and 38 workers without VWF, and in 48 referents not exposed to vibration. The results showed the whole blood relative viscosity at low sheer and hematocrit were significantly higher, and the erythrocyte eletrophoresis time was obviously longer in the workers with VWF than in the referents (P<0.01). It suggests the peripheral circulatory disturbance induced by local vibration, to a certain exent, is associated with the hyperviscosity of blood.
