海洛因依赖者性机能和性心理研究

摘　　要：本文对131例海洛因成瘾者(男71例,女60例)的性机能、性心理和性行为进行了调查研究,并从中随机抽取41例(男27,女14)做血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、泌乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E-diol)、睾丸酮(TSt)等下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴功能指标测定。结果表明海洛因依赖者性机能和性心理明显障碍,表现为女性滥川者月经异常、妊娠机能降低、男女毒品成瘾者性欲降低或丧失,性交能力障碍等;女性海洛因依赖者FSH、E-diol降低、男性LH、TSt低下,男女滥用者PRL明显增高。作者认为性问题在海洛因依赖性形成机制和戒断原理上的发病学意义值得进一步探讨。Sexual function, sexual psychology and sexual behavior of 131 cases (male 71, female 60) of heroin addicts were studied. 41 cases (male 27, female 14) were sampled at random for the determinationof the function of hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad axis, including serum follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), prolactin (PRL), estradiol (E-diol)and tes- tosterone (TSt). Results showed that sexual function and sexual psychology of heroin addicts were significantly damaged. Abnormal menstruation and decrease in pregnant ability were observed in female addicts; decrease in or loss of sexual desire and weakness in the ability of sexual intercourse happened both in male and female addicts; decrease in FSH and E-diol was observed in female addicts; male addicts showed decrease in LH and TSt;significant increase in PRL was found both in male and female addicts. It is essential to study further the relationship of sex problems with the mechanism of heroin dependence.
