静脉注射海洛因成瘾者免疫功能状态的研究

摘　　要：本文通过对50例iv海洛因成瘾者的研究表明,iv海洛因成瘾者外周血中免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、IgD含量与对照组相比都有显著性的下降(P<0.001),C_4含量也有一定的降低,但其变化没有显著性差异;C_3水平虽然较对照组有所升高,但其值几乎都在正常范围之内;对成瘾者异常感染检测结果表明,未发现HIVAb阳性者,但HCVAb和HBsAg阳性分别为76%和22%,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.001);提示iv海洛因对人抗体和补体的生成有抑制作用,但在本研究中没有观察到免疫功能的改变与异常感染间的相关关系。The immunological status of fifty intravenous heroin addicts was stud- ied. Results showed that there was a high incidence of immunological dysfunction, demon- strating in the reduction of peripheral blood antibodies and complements. Among them, IgG, IgM and IgD were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.001). C _4 was depressed in some extents, but the change showed no statistic significance. The level of C_3 showed some increase in heroin addicts, but the value was in the normal range in both groups. Some virus diseases were detected which could be infected by injection. The rates of HCVAb and HBsAg positive responses were 76% and 22% , respectively. No positive result of HIVAb was found in this study. This study suggests that heroin inhibits the production of antibodies and complements in human peripheral blood through intravenous way. There was no apparent correlation between these abnormalities and the presence of abnormal infections.
