同种异基因骨髓移植治疗白血病的临床研究

摘　　要：36例同种异基因骨髓移植治疗白血病(ANLL18，ALL8，CML10，CTX60mg／kg×2，TBI9．9～12Gy／3次,CsA及短期MTX预防GvHD。出血性膀胱史为19．4％中性粒细胞>0．5×10^9／L-28．4天，血小板>50×10^6／L=43．6天，红细胞ABO不分者血象恢复相似，GvHD为40％，其中Ⅱ度以上为25%，感染发生率47.2%;无间质性肺炎发生，经长效维生素B2口腔粘膜炎为14．3%，移植后3～15个月复发7例(23．3%)迄今无病生存者占55.6%,3例>3年，13例>1年。36 cases of leukemia were treated by allogenic BMT. They are conditioned by CTX 60mg/kg×2 and TBI 9. 9～12Gy/3pictions. CsA comlined with MTX for the prophylaxis Hemorshagic cyslitis 19. 4%; PMN>0. 5×10~9/L=28. 4days Pt>50×10~9/L=43. 6 days, Hemopoiesis seconse titution is patients of ABO mismatched is the same as ABO matched;GVHD appeared is 40% cases, 25% cases are more than Ⅲ grade;No interstituteal Knewmo- nia patient was found in the 36 BMT cases; In the long term action Vnf B2 group, the mucomastitis rate is 14. 3%; Leukemia retapsed in 7 cases (23. 3%); Disease free survavid(DSF)=55. 6% cases,3 cases >years, 13 cases>1 years.
