摘　　要：当今的武器装备大量应用各种有接触的信号电机和永磁式直流电机,因而有刷微特电机的接触可靠性是微特电机研制、应用中十分关键的重大课题。文章总结了由研究开发为主转向小批量生产为装备配套过程中设计、工艺和管理上的一些成功经验。Nowtodays various contact signal motors and PM DC motors are widely used in the field of military weaponry and civil. As a result, the question of the contact reliability is a crucial and significant task during the R&D and application of the micro - special motors with brushes. This article sums up some successful experiences about the design and the technological processes of the micro - special motors and the overseeing of them in the course of transformation from R&D - oriented to small - batch production catering for the complete sets.
