用GC/MS法分析某有机化工厂周围土壤中的有机污染物

摘　　要：通过布设合适的土壤采样点位,用被调查有机化工厂的原料、中间体和产品作标准物质,参照美国EPA542.2和8260B方法,利用吹扫捕吸～气相色谱～质谱联用技术,对采集的土壤样品中的挥发性有机污染物进行分析测试,用外标法定量,结果表明,该有机化工厂已经对周围环境造成一定程度的污染.Reasonable Soil sampling spots were set up and followed by the regulations presented in EPA 542.2 and 8260 of U.S.A.,using purge-and-trap and gas chromatography-mass technologies the Volatile Organic Compounds in soil samples from those site were put on quantitative analysis,further quantified with external standard method.Analysis result shows that the location around organic chemical plant which has been related to organic pollution in dealing with raw materials,intermediate mid body,products,etc,has been polluted in a certain extent.
