摘　　要：循环流化床锅炉物料循环系统是锅炉本体的一个重要组成部分,其作用是将烟气携带的大量物料分离下来并返回炉内形成循环床燃烧。该系统常出现结焦、堵灰、分离效率下降及回料阀烟气反串等问题。本文明确指出了产生问题部位,详细分析了产生问题的原因,并提出具体应对措施。Material circulating system is one important part of the proper of circulating fluidized bed boiler, the function of which is to separate the materials carried by flue gas and return them back to the boiler for circulating bed combustion. Common problems occurred in this system often are slagging, clogging, drop of separation efficiency and reverse flue gas at return valve. This article directly points out problem locations, analyzes causes in details and provides specific preventive measures.
