摘　　要：介绍了一种基于计算机技术的新型智能电容式湿敏元件测试系统。该系统采用计算机及单片机技术,应用两次积分复数测量法测量湿敏元件的电容值和品质因数(Q)值。该系统实现了自动化测试,具有数据处理、分析计算、记忆、图表处理等多种功能,还可同时测量湿敏元件的灵敏度、湿滞、线性度等。电容值测试精度达到±0.1pF,Q值测量精度达到±5%。A new type of intelligent measurement system for capacitive humidity sensor based on the computer technology is introduced.Computer and SCM technology are adopted by the system,and capacitance,quality factor (Q) value of humidity sensor are tested with double integral complex number measurement.The system realizes automatie measurement,and has many functions of data processing,data analysis and calculating,memorizing and chart-plotting,itc.Sensitivity,hysteresis,linearity of humidity sensor can be tested at one time too.Test precision of capacitance can reach ±0.1pF,test precision of Q value can reach ±5%.
