摘　　要：当前全球经济形态正向着循环经济发展的划时代转型。本文释解了循环经济的内涵,简要介绍了美、日、德等发达国家推行循环经济的一些做法,分析了我国循环经济发展进程中与发达国家存在的差距。The form of global economy is undergoing an epoch-making transition towards the circular economy. This thesis defines the term of circular economy, briefly introduces what developed countries such as the U-nited States, Japan, and Germany have done to develop circular economy, and points out the gap between China and developed countries in the course of developing circular economy.
