南山垃圾电厂燃烧系统技术特点介绍

摘　　要：对南山垃圾电厂垃圾焚烧炉燃烧系统的技术特点进行了介绍。该电厂采用比利时西格斯公司独特的倾斜式多级带搅动型炉排炉垃圾焚烧技术,在受热面布置上着重考虑了飞灰的高温腐蚀问题,烟气净化系统采用半干法+活性炭喷射+袋式除尘方式。自2004年2月20日投入商业运行后,运行状态良好,各项技术指标均达到设计要求。The technical features of 2×400 t/d incinerators' combustion system in Nanshan MSW Power Plant have been presented, unique MSW incineration technology of Sigce Company, Belgium, with tilting multi-stage belt stirring type grate stoker being adopted in said power plant, the high temperature corrosion resulted from fly ash being emphatically considered in aspect of heating surface arrangement, and the flue gas emission mode being semi-dry method + activated carbon spray + bag type dust collector. After putting into commercial operation from 20th Feb.2004, situation of operation is good, various technical indices all reaching the requirements of design.
