低压燃油喷嘴在670t/h煤粉锅炉点火中试验研究与应用

摘　　要：对低压燃油喷嘴雾化特性进行了试验研究,并在盘县发电厂670t/h煤粉锅炉上进行了起动点火试验,结果表明该低压燃油喷嘴点火方便,节油效果明显,运行压力低,运行维护工作量小,可在大型煤粉锅炉上推广应用。Test study of atomizing property of the low pressure fuel oil atomizer has been carried out, and starting-up ignition test being made on 670 t/h pulverized coal boiler in Panxian Power Plant, Guizhou Province. Results show that the said fuel oil atomizer to be convenient in use, having obvious oil-saving effect, low operating pressure, and small amount of operation and maintenance work, its application can be spreaded to large-scale pulverized coal boilers.
