摘  要:主要介绍了复合功能菌处理宝钢2030mm冷轧混合含铬废水时适宜条件的试验研究。试验结果表明,废菌比小于50:1,pH为1-4,在振荡或通氮气的操作方式下(所需振荡时间至少应大于5min),温度为-4℃-50℃时,出水中六价铬浓度均小于0.5mg/L,通空气搅拌对复合功能菌去除Cr6+会产生不利影响。The research on proper condition selection for the microbiological method which is used to deal with Baosteel 2030mm cold rolling chromate waste water has been conducted. The results show that the effluent s hexavalent chrome concentration will be lower than 0.5 mg/L under the following operation conditions: the ratio of waste water and biomass lower than 50:1, pH value between 1-4, temperature between-4℃-50℃, and the operation should be done through shaking and aerating with nitrogen (the shaking time or aerating time should last 5 minutes at least) .The results also show that it will be disadvantageous if the removal of hexavalent chrome from the waste water is operated under aeration.
