摘　　要：利用宝钢磨细粉煤灰为基料,开发了一种高附加值、具有双重功能(既能提高钢锭表面质量、又能改善锭头补缩质量)的不锈钢模铸复合型固体保护渣。大生产使用结果表明,钢锭表面质量明显改善、锭头收缩平坦,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。A kind of complex solid protecting slag for stainless steel molded-on has been developed with Baosteel finely ground fly ash as its base material. This high value-added protecting slag has double functions: it can improve not only the surface quality of ingots, but the shrinking quality of ingot butts as well. The application outcome of the mass production shows that the slag surely possesses both economic and social benefits.
