摘  要:用共混法和原位聚合法制备了PUA离聚物的纳米SiO2复合乳液,激光粒度分布仪检测表明SiO2在复合乳液中呈现纳米尺寸分布,对乳液的稳定性、粘度与涂膜的光学性能、机械性能等进行了表征。结果证明纳米SiO2的加入能显著改善涂膜的紫外光吸收性能、热学性能及机械性能。s:Nano-SiO_2/PUA compositing emulsion is prepared by compositing in site and adding directly in this paper. The nano size of dispersion of nano-SiO_2 in compositing emulsion was measured by making use of laser particle sizer. The stability and viscosity of emulsion and the optic, thermal and mechanical performances of film were studied by some measure ways also. The result showed that the adding of nano-SiO_2 improved the ultraviolet, and mechanical performances of film greatly and the performance of emulsion.
