摘　　要：研究了聚氨酯防水涂料的合成,探讨了预聚体中NCO含量、固体填料和液体填料对其物理机械性能的影响。研究结果表明预聚体中的NCO质量分数为10%左右、轻质碳酸钙质量分数为15%、石油树脂质量分数为30%时,可以得到满足性能要求的试样,其拉伸强度为3.74MPa,伸长率为538%。The synthetic of polyurethane waterproof coating is studied, and the discussed mechanic performance effected by NCO content in prepolymer, solid and liquid loading material is discussed. The results showed that NCO content in prepolymer is about 10%, calcium carbonate is 15% and petroleum resin is 30%, so the sample that satisfy the request of performance can be prepared, it's tensile break strength is 3.74 MPa and breaking elongation ratio is 538%.
