摘 要:目的探讨不同强度微波辐射对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法取3周龄幼鼠,分别在微波频率2450MHz,功率密度1、5、15mW/cm2条件下,每天辐射1小时,连续全身辐射30天后,测定小鼠血清IgG浓度、T淋巴细胞酸性α-醋酸萘酯酶(ANAE)阳性率、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力、胸腺指数和脾脏指数。结果1、5mW/cm2组,IgG含量分别为29.45±0.30、31.66±1.49,显著高于对照组(27.16±1.78)(P<0.01),而15mW/cm2组为24.83±1.05,则显著低于对照组(P<0.01);各辐射组ANAE阳性率(44.81±1.44、39.91±0.15、30.54±1.52)比对照组(51.84±0.40)明显降低(P<0.01);1mW/cm2组巨噬细胞吞噬率(52.32±0.08)显著高于对照组(44.28±0.03)(P<0.05),而5、15mW/cm2(48.08±0.05、47.26±0.10)未见明显改变;除15mW/cm2组脾脏系数与对照组相比明显下降外,其余各组胸腺和脾脏指数均未见明显改变。结论微波辐射可以明显影响小鼠的特异性和非特异免疫功能,且这种影响可能呈现低强度刺激而高强度抑制的效应。Objective To investigate the effects of microwave radiation on immunological function in mice at different power densities.Methods3-week-old mice were whole-body exposed to microwave radiation with freˉquency of2450MHz,power density of1,5,15mW/cm 2 respectively1h everyday for30days.The content of imˉmunoglobulin G(IgG)in serum,acid-α-naphthalene acetate esterase(ANAE)positive rate in lymphocyte of peˉripheral blood,the peritoneal macrophage phagocytic capacity,the thymus index and the spleen index were meaˉsured respectively.Results The contents of IgG in serum in1,5mW/cm 2 irradiation groups(29.45±0.30、31.66±1.49)were significantly higher than that of control(27.16±1.78)(P<0.01),but in15mW/cm 2 (24.83±1.05)was significantly lower than that of control(P<0.01).The ANAE positive rates of lymphocytes from peripheral blood in every treatment group(44.81±1.44、39.91±0.15、30.54±1.52)were decreased sigˉnificantly compared with the control(51.84±0.40)(P<0.01).A significant enhancement of phagocytosis rate was observed only in mice irradiated at1mW/cm 2 (P<0.05).The spleen index in15mW/cm 2 group(2.58±0.08)was significantly lower than that of control(3.26±0.57),but there were no obvious changes in other treatment groups compared with the control.Conclusion Microwave irradiation can affect the specific and nonˉspecific immunological function of mice obviously,and the affection above may be a kind of effect of irritation at low power density or inhibition at high power density.
