摘　　要：在我国,传媒业具有一定的特殊性.在全球化条件下,对内对外开放是必然趋势.有鉴于此,该文首先运用博弈的研究方法分析了在封闭环境和开放环境下传媒业引入外部投资者的必然性;其次,针对不同的投资主体的资金分配决策问题构建了博弈模型,分析了传媒业发展的不同阶段引入外部资本程度的不同;最后,对于中国传媒业投融资策略政府决策提出了建议,认为应该实现资本规模的有效配置、创造外部投资者介入的良好运行环境、实施差异化策略.Mass media is a special industry in our country. Although certain restrictions are still imposed by the government, further opening of the door to both the domestic and international markets is an irreversible trend. By using the game theory, this paper verifies the trend in both closed and open environments and conducts a qualitative analysis on capital allocation decision by different investors. Recommendations are made over the government decision that invested capitals should be allocated effectively, good environment for extracting outside investments created, and different treatments and strategies adopted for domestic and foreign players.
