摘  要:对薄壁筒形件在锥形凹模中缩口成形力的工程计算进行了分析研究,对Μ.Β.斯德洛日夫及Ε.Π.翁克索夫分别提出的圆筒形件缩口力计算方法进行了实例计算和实验。结果表明,由于两种方法都综合考虑板厚变化、加工硬化及摩擦等因素的影响,故计算结果十分接近,而且与实验数据相吻合。The analytical study is made to the engineering calculation of necking force on the thin-wall cylindrical components in cone-shaped concave die, and the calculations and experiments are made according to the methods, proposed by CTOPOЖEB and YHKCOB separately, for the calculation of necking force of cylindrical components The results showed that since the two methods considered comprehensively the effects of variation of the thickness of plate, work hardening and friction etc., the calculation results form the two methods are very close and in good agreement with the experimental data.
