摘  要:生活垃圾焚烧烟气中的挥发性重金属镉给人体健康带来很大危害,为了控制镉的排放,开发了一套石英管式炉系统,在模拟垃圾焚烧烟气组分的条件下,利用高岭土、凹凸棒土、硅藻土、α-Al2O3和轻质碳酸钙5种非金属矿物对烟气中的氯化镉进行静态模拟吸附实验,并考察了吸附效果。实验结果表明非金属矿物对氯化镉具有一定的吸附性能,且吸附能力大小关系为:轻质碳酸钙>凹凸棒土=α-Al2O3>硅藻土>高岭土;在不同气氛条件下,非金属矿对氯化镉吸附量的大小呈现模拟烟气>氮气的趋势。非金属矿对氯化镉的吸附除了物理吸附之外还存在化学吸附作用。The volatile heavy metal Cd released from domestic waste incineration flue gas threaten human health. A static adsorption system based on a quartz tube was developed to control Cdemission.At the condition of simulating waste in cineration flue gas composition,five different materials or calcium carbonate, diatomite, kaolin, attapulgite clay and α-Al2O3 were utilized for static analogue adsorption test,and adsorption capabilities were investigated. The results show that the five adsorbents can removal a certain amount of Cd vapor and light calcium carbonate is the more effective compared with any other adsorbent adsorption capabilities:light calcium carbonate > attapulgite clay=α-Al2O3 > diatomite > kaolin. In addition, the atmosphere of the system influences the adsorption capacity,and the mass of CdCl2 captured in the simulated flue gas is larger than that in nitrogen.The adsorption mechanism of non-metallic minerals is both physical adsorption and chemical adsorption.
