摘　　要：对现实中各类不同用户出现的失压断相时电能计量现象进行了分析,并根据失压时间编制了“三相三线有功电能表失压电量追补速查表”,以便于电费核算人员在计算时进行速查,快捷、准确地进行差错电量的追补。It is necessary to analyze and recalculate the energy omitted to be counted due to loss of voltage. For different kinds of customers, works out the lost electrical energy fee table of three-phase three-wire Watt-hour meters facilitates the checker to figure out and retrieve lost electrical energy fee quickly and correctly.
