摘　　要：随着快速多变市场的到来和Internet/Intranet的快速发展,网络环境下合作技术创新已经愈来愈普遍。然而其中蕴含着诸多风险,并且非常复杂,它可能导致网络环境下企业合作技术创新中途失败,给企业带来无可挽回的损失,不容忽视。基于此,首先对网络环境下合作技术创新风险的概念进行定义,然后从系统论的观点出发,提出网络环境下合作技术创新风险复杂系统的概念,并以这一概念为基础,探讨网络环境下合作技术创新风险系统的构成及其本质特征,进而分析网络环境下合作技术创新风险生成和传导效应机制。Up to now, market in our country has changed greatly. The distinguish characteristic of the change is amazing speed. In the meantime, Internet/Intranet has developed rapidly. Under the existing conditions, network environment-based cooperative technological innovation of enterprise occurs frequently. However, many risks of network environment-based cooperative technological innovation of enterprise exist, and the risks are very complicated. We must pay highly attention to them. In this paper, the author put forward to a concept of a complicated risk system of network environment-based cooperative technological innovation of enterprise., and studied the effect mechanism of risk-producing and risk-conducting. The results will benefit improving standard of environment-based cooperative technological innovation of enterprise and (obtaining) more ability of enterprise withstanding risks.
