摘 要:静电喷雾技术是通过将燃油荷电来改善燃油雾化质量的喷雾技术。该技术有望在较低压力下获得与高压喷射相当甚至更优的雾化质量,从而降低内燃机燃油喷射系统的成本,或与高压喷射相结合从而获得更好的雾化质量。对静电喷雾液滴的二次雾化破裂机理进行了建模分析,以韦伯数We为依据对影响液滴破裂雾化的几种因素作了计算分析,得到了荷电液滴雾化破裂的理论边界条件,即临界荷质比与液滴粒径的关系,以及相关影响因素与临界荷质比的量化关系。Electro-spray is a spray atomization improvement technique by using the electrostatic force. This technique has a potential of improving spray atomization at lower injection pressure than conventional injection pressure and reduce the cost of fuel injectionsystem dramatically. Another potential application is to achieve fine spray by assisting high-pressure injection system with electrostatic atomization device. A modeling analysis for the secondary breakup of charged fuel droplets was given. Using Weber number as criterion, several factors that influence the breakup process are also analyzed and the theoretical boundary for electro-breakup was obtained, they are the relationship between the critical charge-mass ratio and diameter of the droplets, the quantitative relationship between influencing factors and critical charge-mass ratio.
