摘　　要：根据小型连轧现有加热炉生产水平,必须采用热装、煤气改质,提高轧线作业率等方法进行综合改造,使加热炉额定产量提高到145t/h,才能满足年生产90万t需求。According to the existing production capacity of heating furnace,small-section steel rolling plant have to make comprehensive modification,i^e^adopting the methods of hot-charging heat value of coal gas,raising working rate etc.The raising rated production capacity of heating furnace was raised to 154t/h to meet the requirement of 900000 tons per year.
