摘　　要：通过大学生对心理健康教育的认识、了解、参与、需求、期望以及面对心理问题如何处理等方面进行调查,了解高校心理健康教育的现状;并就心理健康教育的对象、体制、内容、形式进行分析。在此基础上提出加强师资队伍建设,完善教育形式,建立预警系统,重视社团作用等切实可行的建议。Through the investigation of college students’ understanding,participation,request,expectation to the psychological health and dealing with psychological problems,the present psychological status of college students has been learned;The object,system,content and manner of the psychological health education are analyzed,on the basis of which some effective suggestions on enhancing teachers’ qualifications,perfecting education manners,constructing alarm system as well as emphasizing functions of communities are raised.
