摘　　要：目的探讨解剖钢板治疗近关节复杂胫腓骨中下段骨折的方法及价值。方法使用解剖钢板治疗19例近踝关节的胫腓骨骨折。结果骨折全部愈合,患肢功能满意。结论解剖钢板是治疗近关节复杂胫腓骨中下段骨折的有效方法。Objective To discuss the curative effect and surgical skill of the treatment for tibial and fibular fracture near the ankle with anatomical plate. Methods 19 cases of tibial and fibular fracture were treated with Link's anatomical plate. Results All the fractures got united. The functions of limbs were satisfying. Conclusion Link's anatomical plate used to distal tibial fracture is supperior to traditional plates. It can get good treatming outcome.
