摘  要:研究了负载催化剂Et(Ind)2ZrCl2/SiO2在甲基铝氧烷活化下,催化乙烯与苯乙烯的共聚,采用DSC和NMR表征了所得共聚物,13C-NMR谱表明共聚物中苯乙烯单元呈无规分布.考察了n(Al)/n(Zr),反应温度和起始单体物质的量等因素对共聚反应的影响,结果表明:反应温度和起始单体物质的量是影响该反应的主要因素,在实验范围内,共聚物中苯乙烯单元摩尔分数为1.2%~4.3%,共聚物摩尔质量为4.5×104~0.6×104g/mol,能够满足聚乙烯反应性基团功能化的要求.采用Fineman-Ross法估算该反应的竞聚率,分别为γE=99.000,γS=0.048;曲线拟合置信度为99.8%.The copolymerization of ethylene and styrene was investigated via supported Zirconocene, Et(Ind)_2ZrCl_2/SiO_2, activated with MAO. The copolymer was characterized by DSC and ~ 13 C-NMR. It revealed that the distribution of styrene unit in the copolymer was in random. The main effects on the reactions were studied as well. The polymerization temperature and molar ratio of monomers had the biggest effect on the polymerization. The molar content of styrene unit in the copolymer caame between 1.2% and 4.3%, and the molecular weight of the copolymer was between 4.5×10~4~0.6×10~4 g/mol. The reactivity ratio were estimated γ__E=99.000 and γ__S= 0.048 respectively with Fineman-Ross approach.
