摘  要:在气固相固定床反应器上,对KI/γ-Al2O3催化剂上CO2与环氧丙烷(PO)连续催化合成碳酸丙烯酯(PC)反应进行了研究,发现当反应温度为150℃,PO液空速为0.11min-1,压力为2.276MPa时,催化剂初始活性较好,PO转化率和PC时空收率可分别达到93%和5.8kg/(L·h),但催化剂的稳定性有待提高,建立了幂函数型反应动力学模型.统计检验表明,模型及其参数估值是可靠的.The synthesis of propylene carbonate from carbon dioxide and propylene oxide in a fixed-bed reactor over KI/γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst has been investigated. It is found that KI/γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst shows good activity in the gas-solid catalytic reaction system in the following reaction conditions: reaction temperature is 150 ℃, PO liquid space velocity is 0.11 min~ -1 and reaction pressure is 2.276 MPa, but its stability has yet to be improved. PO conversion and STY of PC reached 93% and 5.8 kg/(L-cat·h). The exponential kinetic model of the reaction has been established. The model and the parameters prove to be reliable.
