摘　　要：面向在线需求的信息管理系统为信息管理提供一个综合的运行环境,它是基于有序数据表和有序控制表的,并能够随时通过远程网络来扩充和维护其运行环境的软件系统.提出了对信息管理系统进行数学抽象,并对数据集和控制集做有序化处理,阐述了面向在线需求的信息管理系统的基本组成,给出了其完整的数学理论框架结构,为信息管理系统的发展奠定了数学理论基础.The information management system based on platform—oriented requirement can provide a comprehensive operation environment for information management. This system is an organic entirety which consists of a group of open source code, expansion and maintenance programs, and its main task is collecting, transmitting, processing, arranging and preserving interrelated data. Meantime, this software system based on ordered data table and controlling table can expand and maintain its operation environment by long—distance network at any time. The paper provides mathematical abstract for the system and makes an ordered process for data set and controlling set. Moreover, the author describes a basic composition of the information management system based on platform—oriented requirement, gives a whole mathematical theory construction and establishes mathematical theoretical basis for the further development of information management system.
