摘 要:针对大庆油田普遍存在的乳化油水难分离的问题,基于微波的波动性、高频性、穿透性等特性,考察了微波辐射和水浴加热2种方式对乳液破乳效果的影响,探讨了利用微波辐射分离油水乳液的可行性.实验表明:经微波辐射的乳液破乳率远大于水浴加热的破乳率,且油水层分离速度快,具有高效、节能、油品易于回收等特点.微波辐射技术在乳化油水分离中具有良好的应用前景.In view of the fact that it is difficult to separate the ubiquitous oil-water emulsion in Daqing oilfields, the demulsification effect of emulsion under two heating conditions for microwave radicalization and hot water heating were investigated based on microwave characteristics, such as fluctuation, high frequency and penetration etc. At the same time, the feasibility of separation of oil-water emulsion by microwave method was studied. The experimental result proved that the demulsification rate of microwave irradiation is much higher than the hot water heating and the separating speed is obviously higher. The fact shows that the microwave method is to some extent advantageous, such as high-efficiency, energy-saving, cleanness and easy reclamation for oil. It promises a good industrial prospect to use microwave radiation to treat emulsion of oil-water in the petroleum production.
