SPE-高效液相色谱法测定鼻咽清毒颗粒中龙胆苦苷的含量

摘　　要：目的采用SPE-高效液相色谱法测定鼻咽清毒颗粒中龙胆苦苷的含量。方法以甲醇水(30∶70)为流动相,hypersilODS(2)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为固定相,流速为1mL/min,检测波长为275nm。结果龙胆苦苷的测定在0.02235～0.1676mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.1%,RSD为1.7%。结论方法简单、灵敏、快速,可用于鼻咽清毒颗粒中龙胆苦苷的含量测定。Objective:The purpose was to develop SPE-HPLC method for the assay of gentiopicrin in Biyanqingdu Granulae. Methods: Separation was performed on a hypersil ODS(2) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of methanol∶[KG-*2]water(30∶[KG-*2]70,v/v).The flow rate was 1 ml/min. The UV detect wavelength was set at 275nm.Results:Gentiopicrin had a good linear relation in the range of 0.02235～0.1676mg/ml,the average recovery was 98.1% with RSD 1.7%.Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive and rapid and it can be applied to determine the content of Biyanqingdu Granulae.
