摘　　要：大学教育创新是大学教育理念、教育结构和教育过程的不断创造或调整的过程,实质上是大学人、结构和过程的不断革新、优化和组合的过程。大学教育在理念、体制、机制等三个重要环节上的创新探索,丰富了大学教育创新的内容与实践。The mission of colleges and universities lies in the need of the times and society for development of colleges and universities and in the cognition of colleges and universities about the need for the development of society and the times.In the new historical development stage of building an overall well-off society,colleges and universities should adopt methods creativity and development to meet the new challenges and opportunities.Education innovation is a process in which the concept,structure and process of education need to be created and adjusted constantly.In essence,it is a process of constant innovation,constant optimization and composition of faculty structure and process in colleges and universities.The creative explorations in concept,organizing system and mechanism of colleges and universities greatly enrich the contents and practice of education innovation in colleges and universities.
