摘  要:目的:探讨测定血清和胸水中糖类抗原(CA153、CA199、CA125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)对鉴别良恶性胸水的价值。方法:采用放射免疫分析法,测定良恶性胸水患者的血清和胸水CA153、CA199、CA125、CEA进行比较。结果:恶性胸水患者的血清和胸水中CA153、CA199、CEA均高于良性胸水[差异有极显著性(P<0.01)],血清CA125在良性组和恶性组差异无显著性,而胸水CA125在两组中差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论:联合检测CEA和糖类抗原有助于提高良恶性胸水的鉴别诊断。Objective: To explore the value of determinating Carcinoembryonic Antigen(CEA) and Carbohydrate Antigen(CA153,CA199,CA125) in serum and hydrothorax in differentiation of benign and malignant hydrothorax . Method: Carcinoembryonic Antigen(CEA) and Carbohydrate Antigen(CA153,CA199,CA125) in serum and hydrothorax of both benign and malignant cases were measured. Result: CA153,CA199 and CEA of malignant cases in serum and hydrothorax were higher than those of benign cases(P<0.01). CA125 in serum of both benign and malignant cases had no statistical differences,but that in hydrothorax had statistical differences(P<0.01). Conclusion: Combined determination of Carcinoembryonic Antigen(CEA) and Carbohydrate Antigen(CA153,CA199,CA125) can improve the differentiate diagnosis of benign and malignant hydrothorax.
