摘　　要：目的:探讨胫骨平台骨折的治疗方法。方法:通过对手术治疗39例胫骨平台骨折做回顾性总结分析。结果:39例随访35例,按KDLMERT膝关节功能恢复标准,膝关节功能优良者30例(85.7%)可差者5例(14.3%)。结论:我们认为,不同类型的胫骨平台骨折采用不同的手术方法,对合并症的准确判断、处理和正确有效的功能锻炼,是提高手术效果的关键。Objective :To mana ge the methods of treatment of fracture of tibial plateau.Method:To analyze and summary with review for treatmant of fracture of tibial plateau of 39 cases.Result:35 cases for follow-up in 39 cases of tibial ptateau.the eva luation of knee joint function recovery was based on KDLMERT standard in 30 cases of the recovery of knee joint function was excellent (85.7%), whereas the re covery was poor in 5 cases(14.3%). Conclusion:We assume that differente fracture of tibiac pla teau type making different operation methods, It is the key that increase the operation effection which diagnosis and treatment in right for compound injury and take exercise for function in right .
