多巴胺速尿硝酸甘油合剂在风湿性心脏病心力衰竭中疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对26例风湿性心脏病心力衰竭的治疗,评价分析多巴胺、速尿、硝酸甘油合剂的治疗作用。方法:随机选择26例风湿性心脏病心力衰竭的病人,在一般治疗的基础上,使用多巴胺、速尿、硝酸甘油合剂治疗。结果:26例中有明显疗效的有23例,总有效率占90%。结论:多巴胺、速尿、硝酸甘油合剂可明显改善风湿性心脏病心力衰竭的症状,为最后的手术治疗提供了良好的条件。Objective: Through 26 cases rheumatic heart disease in heart failure treatment, appraise and analyse dopamine ,fur semide , nityoglycerin function of mixture. Method: The patient choosing 26 cases of rheumatic heart disease with h eart failure to decline at random, on the basis of generally treating, use the dopamine , fursemide ,nitroglycerin mixture to treat. Result: There is obvious curative effect in 23 examples of 26 , always accounts for 90% efficiently. Conclusion: Symptom in heart failure that the dopamine , fursemide ,nit roglycerin mixture can obviously improve the rheumatic heart disease , have offered the good condition for the last operation is treated.
